How a build actually runs. The blueprint you sign for your own project is the agreement that governs it. Where it differs from this page, the blueprint wins.
Payment
50% to start and 50% on launch, invoiced in US dollars. The deposit reserves your slot in the schedule and is not refundable, because taking the slot means turning down other work for it.
Timeline
The clock starts when the deposit clears and your content intake is complete, whichever happens second. A Launch Sprint is 10 business days; the other timelines are listed on the pricing section. If content is outstanding for ten business days the project pauses and re-enters the queue at the next opening.
Scope and change orders
The blueprint fixes the scope, the price and the launch date before anything is built. Anything outside that scope is a change order, quoted and approved in writing before the work starts. There are no surprise invoices.
Revisions
Revisions are rounds, not tickets. A round is one consolidated list. The number of rounds included is listed with each tier.
Ownership
You own your content, your domain, your client data and a perpetual license to the code delivered to you, deployed in your own hosting account. Mid May Media retains the underlying framework and the reusable components it is built from, which is what makes the timelines and the prices possible.
What is not included
Brand identity, photography, long-form copywriting, ad management, SEO content, native mobile apps, migrating more than 500 existing records, and getting you approved by a payment provider. That last one matters: the merchant account has to be in your name and only you can open it.
Capacity
2 builds a month. If both slots are taken you will be told the next open date before you pay anything.
After launch
The Care Plan at $290/month covers hosting, monitoring, updates and up to two hours of changes a month, with a 48-hour response on weekdays. It is optional and cancellable. Without it, changes are quoted per request.
Who you are contracting with
Mid May Media is a company incorporated in the United States. These terms, and any engagement under them, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Invoices are issued and payable in US dollars.
Liability
I build and test what is in the blueprint and I fix defects in it. Third-party services such as payment providers, email platforms and hosting are outside my control, and so are outcomes that depend on your pricing, your traffic or your market.
