Privacy
This site has no database, no accounts and no advertising trackers. Here is everything it does with your data.
What the contact form does
When you send the form, the fields you filled in are emailed to carlos@midmaymedia.com through Resend, an email delivery provider, and a copy of the confirmation is emailed to you. Nothing is written to a database, because this site does not have one. The information lives in an email inbox, the same as if you had written to me directly.
The fields are your name, email, business name, what you sell, your current setup, your budget band, your timeline and your message. Only send what you are comfortable having in an email.
What is measured
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights record aggregate page views and loading performance. They set no cookies and build no profile of you, which is why this site has no cookie banner.
The booking calendar
The calendar is a Cal.com embed. When it loads, Cal.com receives the request and, if you book, the details you give it. That happens under Cal.com’s own privacy policy, not this one. If you would rather not load it at all, email carlos@midmaymedia.com instead and I will send you times by hand.
Fonts and other requests
Typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google, so loading a page here does not tell Google that you did.
Bot checks
The form uses a hidden field and a minimum completion time to reject automated submissions, and limits submissions per network address per hour. That check happens in memory and nothing about it is stored.
Having it deleted
Email carlos@midmaymedia.com and ask. Since the only copy is an email, deleting it is a matter of deleting the message, and I will confirm when it is done.
Changes
If this site starts doing something that is not described here, this page changes first.
