Asked about a session
Hi! Do you have anything this week?
Tue 3pm, Wed 10am or Thu 6pm?
Wed 10 works!
So sorry, that one just went. Thu 6pm?
I’m in Madrid, that’s midnight for me
Can I pay by card? I don’t have PayPal
Only bank transfer for now. Here are my details
No reply. She booked with someone who took cards.
You type three options. They pick one two days later and it is gone. Eleven times a week.
A PayPal link, a bank transfer, a screenshot of a receipt. Every client abroad is lost at the last step.
Nothing holds the slot. You lose the hour and the money, and you find out at 3pm.
Added by hand, no login, no progress, and no way to sell it while you sleep.
Calendly, Kajabi, Mailchimp, Linktree, Squarespace, Zoom. Around $300 a month, and you are still the glue.
None of this is a design problem. It is a plumbing problem.
Nothing below needs you standing in the middle of it.
Your real availability, shown in their timezone. The slot locks the moment they take it, so it can never be double-booked.
You getA booking on the calendar you already use
Stripe for cards from any country, plus the local method your clients already trust. The deposit is taken up front, so the slot is paid for.
You getMoney settled, and a no-show that costs you nothing
The booking itself sends the confirmation, the calendar invite, the meeting link and the reminder. Nobody has to press send.
You getNothing to do. It already went out.
Payment clears and access opens in the same moment. Files come from private storage through a link that expires, so they cannot be passed around.
You getA sale you slept through, delivered
Their account holds every session, every purchase and every note, in a database you own.
You getA repeat client you can actually see
What came in, what sells, where clients come from, and who is due to rebook. Included from The Platform up.

50% to start, 50% on launch. 2 platform builds a month.
If you are in the second list, a call wastes both our afternoons.
The person who scopes your build writes the code, and answers your email in March.
I am Carlos. I designed, built and deployed every platform on this page. No team, no subcontractors, nobody to hand you off to.
Before this I spent five years running paid ads on Meta, Google and YouTube. I have watched a lot of traffic land on a lot of checkouts, and I build for the moment people leave.
The core, always in your accounts
Plus whatever the build connects to. Ordinary, well-documented parts: any competent developer could open your repository and keep going.
Three business days for a Link Page, ten for a Launch Sprint, three weeks for The Platform, five to six for a Flagship. The clock starts when the deposit clears and your content is in, whichever comes second. If content is outstanding for ten business days the project pauses and re-enters the queue, so the honest answer is that the timeline is mostly in your hands.
No. It is built for your services, your prices and your currencies. I reuse my own components and framework, the same way any studio reuses its toolkit, and that is exactly why three weeks is possible at this price.
You own your content, your domain, your data and a perpetual license to everything delivered. I keep the underlying framework and reusable components, which is what lets me price it this way.
It is a standard Next.js codebase in your repository, deployed on your hosting account. Any competent developer can pick it up. Nothing is locked to me and there is no proprietary builder in the middle.
You supply the substance, which is what you sell, who it is for and what you charge. I handle structure, order and polish. Long-form writing such as course lessons or blog posts is not included.
Yes. The Platform and Flagship include two payment rails, normally an international card processor plus the local method your clients already use. I cannot get you approved by a provider. That account has to be in your name.
Small things during the revision rounds are included. After that, either the Care Plan at $290 a month covers up to two hours of changes, or you send me a list and I quote it before starting.
Two platform builds a month. Link pages sit outside that limit. It is a capacity limit, not a sales tactic. If both slots are taken I will tell you the next open date on the call.
A deposit, your domain access, your logo and images if you have them, your service list with prices and durations, and your payment provider account. That is the whole intake.
The blueprint fixes the scope before anything is built. Anything outside it is a change order, quoted and approved before I start it. You will not get a surprise invoice.
Not as part of a build. The Platform includes technical SEO setup, which is metadata, sitemap, schema and Search Console. Ongoing content and paid media are a separate conversation and not one I am taking on right now.
Then we keep what works. Copy, images and up to 500 existing records come across. If the current site is fine and only the booking and payments are broken, say that on the call and the scope gets smaller and cheaper.
Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring your current setup and I will tell you what I would build and what it costs.
