Asked about a session

  1. Maria, Mon 9:14:

Hi! Do you have anything this week?

  2. You, Mon 11:40:

    Tue 3pm, Wed 10am or Thu 6pm?

  3. Maria, Wed 8:02:

    Wed 10 works!

  4. You, Wed 8:30:

So sorry, that one just went. Thu 6pm?

  5. Maria, Wed 8:31:

I’m in Madrid, that’s midnight for me

  6. Maria, Wed 8:31:

Can I pay by card? I don’t have PayPal

  7. You, Wed 9:02:

Only bank transfer for now. Here are my details

No reply. She booked with someone who took cards.

An ordinary week of booking by direct message.
  • Your booking system is a conversation.

You type three options. They pick one two days later and it is gone. Eleven times a week.

  • Someone in Madrid cannot pay you.

A PayPal link, a bank transfer, a screenshot of a receipt. Every client abroad is lost at the last step.

  • No deposit means no-shows.

Nothing holds the slot. You lose the hour and the money, and you find out at 3pm.

  • Your course is a Google Drive folder.

Added by hand, no login, no progress, and no way to sell it while you sleep.

  • Six tools that do not talk to each other.

Calendly, Kajabi, Mailchimp, Linktree, Squarespace, Zoom. Around $300 a month, and you are still the glue.

  • None of this is a design problem. It is a plumbing problem.

Follow one booking all the way through

Nothing below needs you standing in the middle of it.

  1. A client picks a time

Your real availability, shown in their timezone. The slot locks the moment they take it, so it can never be double-booked.

You getA booking on the calendar you already use

  2. They pay, from wherever they bank

Stripe for cards from any country, plus the local method your clients already trust. The deposit is taken up front, so the slot is paid for.

You getMoney settled, and a no-show that costs you nothing

  3. They get the confirmation, then the reminder

The booking itself sends the confirmation, the calendar invite, the meeting link and the reminder. Nobody has to press send.

You getNothing to do. It already went out.

  4. They buy your course at 2am

Payment clears and access opens in the same moment. Files come from private storage through a link that expires, so they cannot be passed around.

You getA sale you slept through, delivered

  5. They come back six months later

Their account holds every session, every purchase and every note, in a database you own.

You getA repeat client you can actually see

And the dashboard you run it all from

What came in, what sells, where clients come from, and who is due to rebook. Included from The Platform up.

How a build runs

Scope, price and launch date are agreed before anyone writes a line of code.

  1. 30 minutes

    Call

What you sell, how people buy it today, and what breaks. If it is not a fit, I say so on the call.

  2. In writing

    Blueprint

A fixed scope, price and launch date. Approve it or walk away, with no charge either way.

  3. Staging link on day two

    Build

You watch it fill in on a private link rather than waiting for a reveal at the end.

  4. Taking bookings that day

    Launch

Deployed to your domain, with a recorded walkthrough so you can run it yourself.

Four questions and you know the price

No email and nothing to download. The price and launch date move as you answer.

How many things do people book with you?
Where do your clients pay from?
Do you sell anything besides your time?

Care Plan

After launch

$290/month

Hosting, edits, monitoring and a monthly report, after you launch.

See what the plan covers
  • Hosting and domain management
  • Up to 2 hours of changes a month
  • Uptime and error monitoring
  • Dependency and security updates
  • Monthly performance and revenue report
  • 48-hour response on weekdays

Not in the price

  • Logo design and brand identity
  • Photography, video and illustration
  • Long-form copywriting, though structure and polish are included
  • Ad management and SEO content
  • Native iOS and Android apps
  • Migrating more than 500 existing records
  • Getting you approved by a payment provider
  • Unlimited revisions

How payment works

50% to start, 50% on launch. 2 platform builds a month.

  • The deposit reserves your slot in the schedule and is not refundable.
  • The clock starts when the deposit clears and your content is in, whichever comes second.
  • Revisions are rounds, not tickets. A round is one consolidated list.
  • Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted before any work starts.
  • You own your content, your domain, your data and a perpetual license to the code.

Who this is for

If you are in the second list, a call wastes both our afternoons.

This is for you if

  • You already have paying clients
  • You sell sessions, courses or digital products
  • People book you from more than one country
  • Your prices went up and your checkout did not
  • You want to own the code and the client data

This is not for you if

  • You are pre-revenue and still testing the idea
  • You need a logo, a brand or a photographer first
  • You are building a marketplace, a social network or a native app
  • You need it live this week
  • Your budget is under $500

One person built all of this

The person who scopes your build writes the code, and answers your email in March.

I am Carlos. I designed, built and deployed every platform on this page. No team, no subcontractors, nobody to hand you off to.

Before this I spent five years running paid ads on Meta, Google and YouTube. I have watched a lot of traffic land on a lot of checkouts, and I build for the moment people leave.

Questions

If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

Book a call

How long does it really take?

Three business days for a Link Page, ten for a Launch Sprint, three weeks for The Platform, five to six for a Flagship. The clock starts when the deposit clears and your content is in, whichever comes second. If content is outstanding for ten business days the project pauses and re-enters the queue, so the honest answer is that the timeline is mostly in your hands.

Is this a template?

No. It is built for your services, your prices and your currencies. I reuse my own components and framework, the same way any studio reuses its toolkit, and that is exactly why three weeks is possible at this price.

Do I own the code?

You own your content, your domain, your data and a perpetual license to everything delivered. I keep the underlying framework and reusable components, which is what lets me price it this way.

What if I want to move to another developer later?

It is a standard Next.js codebase in your repository, deployed on your hosting account. Any competent developer can pick it up. Nothing is locked to me and there is no proprietary builder in the middle.

Do I have to write all the copy?

You supply the substance, which is what you sell, who it is for and what you charge. I handle structure, order and polish. Long-form writing such as course lessons or blog posts is not included.

Can my clients pay in my currency?

Yes. The Platform and Flagship include two payment rails, normally an international card processor plus the local method your clients already use. I cannot get you approved by a provider. That account has to be in your name.

What if I need changes after launch?

Small things during the revision rounds are included. After that, either the Care Plan at $290 a month covers up to two hours of changes, or you send me a list and I quote it before starting.

What is your availability?

Two platform builds a month. Link pages sit outside that limit. It is a capacity limit, not a sales tactic. If both slots are taken I will tell you the next open date on the call.

What do you need from me to start?

A deposit, your domain access, your logo and images if you have them, your service list with prices and durations, and your payment provider account. That is the whole intake.

What if we go over scope?

The blueprint fixes the scope before anything is built. Anything outside it is a change order, quoted and approved before I start it. You will not get a surprise invoice.

Do you do ads or SEO?

Not as part of a build. The Platform includes technical SEO setup, which is metadata, sitemap, schema and Search Console. Ongoing content and paid media are a separate conversation and not one I am taking on right now.

What if I already have a site?

Then we keep what works. Copy, images and up to 500 existing records come across. If the current site is fine and only the booking and payments are broken, say that on the call and the scope gets smaller and cheaper.

In three weeks you could be taking bookings
